Excellent customer service and swift delivery

I ordered some cottons from Jaycotts last Thursday afternoon and was delighted to find them on my doormat less than 24 hours later. I have been a customer for a few years now, the website is easy to navigate and I find what I want very quickly. A very friendly and efficient company.

Ordered a zip, buttons and bias binding one day, delivered the next. Very pleased with items and quick delivery.

Whenever Jaycotts receive an order from me it is delivered the next day and always well packaged! The prices are very reasonable too. Top company in my opinion!

I visited Jaycotts in October 2021, as I had contacted several sewing shops regarding buying a new Bernina sewing machine and found Jaycotts to be the most helpful over the telephone. I had a fabulous experience testing the two machines that I was considering - (one of which was not a Bernina). John was exceptionally helpful and perceptive - he pinpointed exactly the type of machine I was after and was able to offer great advice. I found the experience of shopping at Jaycotts very reassuring because I was given as much time as I wanted to experiment with the machines and ask as many questions as I needed to. There was no pressure at all and the customer service was absolutely first class. I cannot recommend Jaycotts highly enough.

All ways helpful even when not buying anything but this time I bought a brand new machine talked me through it while my husband took a video on iPad ( good tip) many thanks to John and his staff
